Outlook 2011 on a Mac does not. And this is VERY dissapointing as it was one of the features I was most interested in getting in the latest release to Mac. In any case I did a quick search and found a readyexchange.net artical that fixed me up. Make sure you have at least six contacts created in Outlook. In the view switcher, click Contacts.
